hi,
first I would like to explain the custom-proceeding here in germany. - all parcels are checked in Frankfurt, no matter whatīs declared outside, the lower the value-declaration ("gift"), the more you can be sure itīll be opened. - if they find no invoice, they estimate the value. If they think itīs over 22 Euro (below=free), you have to pick it up at your local custom-office and verify what you really have paid. Now my request: Is it possible (i.e. by a notation in the order placement -or generally) to declare the real value or/and to add (some kind of) invoice inside? And will you ship 2 different items seperately? For example: Fiio E1 and S9 in 1 packet = tax (+19%), seperate =tax-free (under 22,- each) Mainly the first point would be very nice. I would have to spend nearly half a day to drive to the custom office, and for a package with the dimensions of the e9 I`ll have to go for 100% (w/o invoice) big thx |

If you want the items sent separate, then make separate orders for both, if you want them to be shipped together then order both in one order.
We can put an invoice, make sure to both put it in the checkout notes and open a ticket for the request after you have placed the order. Other German buyers have previously said just printing out the paypal receipt is enough, many alter the paypal receipt to show they paid less and this is how they get around paying customs. |
