Default iToos M6HD.. 4gb.. 4.3"..

I just ordered one of these a few days ago. What do you think is it worth the price? I heard that iToos is the off brand of china off brands. is that true? I bought it because I didn't want a 5" monster one and the 3" ones were almost just right. I was looking over the price vs the features I wanted. I wanted something that would play avi and mkv and not break the bank and this looked like it was good. Plus, the desc on the web was saying it did have a metal case. Most china brand pmp are more and more cheap thin plastic cases. I was looking at the onda vs this, but after seeing the review of the onda I noticed that the one I was looking at was bulky and plastic looking. One thing I wished is that ownta would carry the other colors of this player, but I can't be to choosy. I heard that itoos don't release firmware updates, like ramos or other brands. which will suck if there is something wrong. I plan to order the others to compare. the sochip vs telechip vs ChinaChip vs RockChip to see how they stack up.

My only concern with this player so far is that no remote is included with it and that the screen res is not in the desc of the product anywhere. I am thinking it isn't 800x600, that it is the 480x272 res. oh well.

When it arrives I am going to do a video review on it. iToos are lacking in that area.

Yeah, there are hardly (if any) video reviews of the itoos players. It seems well worth the price. I'm guessing that it runs on the RK2806 so sound will be good (From what I've heard, Rockchip is known for their good sound quality). About the firmware updates, I wouldn't expect many. Even RAmos have sort of slowed down in this area. The resolution is probably 480x272, but for that price it's well worth it, especially considering it also has HDMI and OTG. Looking forward to a review when you get it!
